UK orders will normally be sent using Royal Mail using the second-class postal service. On occasions, it may be necessary to use an alternative service and/or carrier. Deliveries will be sent during our normal working hours (0800 – 1800) Monday to Friday.
Do add any relevant information in the field ‘Delivery Instructions’ whilst making your order e.g. if out leave in the front porch.
Receiving your jars and the packaging
Please unpack your jars on arrival and in the unlikely event of a problem please do contact us immediately by emailing connie@thetealadyuk.com or calling 07493 716 803.
As far as possible we choose cardboard and paper packaging which can be recycled throughout the UK.
