We collect  information so we can carry out our normal business activities to fulfil an order or respond to a question.

  • If you contact us by letter, email, SMS or other messaging records of the correspondence may be kept. If you contact us and no action is required e.g. a simple enquiry about where we are next trading, we are unlikely to keep a record of that contact.

  • Payment for purchases from our online shop are made through a dedicated payment processor. You will be providing credit or debit card information direct to the payment processor for processing. We do not have access to that information.
  • We retain personal information provided for the time it takes to fulfil your order, respond to your query, or continuing to contact you about other products and offers until you tell us you no longer wish to receive this information.
  • Our website uses an SSL certificate to ensure the connection between the web browser and the server is encrypted. e. personal information entered on the website is encrypted when in transit to the web server.
  • There is firewall on our web server which is designed to inspect incoming traffic, remove any malicious attacks and provides a first line of defence between a potential hacker and the data that we are hosting.
