A well crafted jam – we enjoyed the whole blueberries with their tender skins as much as the sheen on the jelly. Sweetness, acidity and fruitiness are well pitched. We feel this would be a great culinary ingredient as well as simply delightful on toast.

This vibrantly hued jam was full of blueberry and also had a promising berry aroma. The set was excellent, firm yet easy to spread, and the ratio of blueberries to jelly wasn’t overwhelming. The taste was well-balanced, not too sweet or tart.
