Orange & English Single Malt Marmalade

A scrumptious combination of Gospa Citrus Seville Oranges and The English Single Malt Whisky from St. George’s Distillery in Norfolk.

This is a bright and vivid, visually appealing marmalade, with pleasingly sized strips of orange rind dispersed throughout. The malt whisky enhances the overall experience whilst allowing the tartness of the orange to lead. As the fruit has been expertly cooked the fruit has retained sufficient bite without being a distraction. Superbly balanced marmalade with a lovely undertone of whisky.

This recipe was also awarded a silver Medal in the 2019 World Marmalade Awards.
